Scope
This policy applies to all external parties who engage with Cambridge Econometrics including clients, collaborators, contractors and visitors. The policy covers all interactions, whether in person, online and all other communication channels.
Definition
Sexual harassment includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.

- Unwanted physical contact such as touching, hugging, or kissing.
- Inappropriate comments, jokes, or gestures of a sexual nature.
- Displaying sexually explicit materials or sending inappropriate messages.
- Making sexual advances or propositions.
Reporting Procedure
Internal reporting: Employees who believe they have been subjected to sexual harassment should report the incident immediately to their supervisor, HR department, or any designated official.
External reporting: Clients, collaborators and other external parties can report incidents of sexual harassment to a designated contact person within our organization. Contact details are provided below.
Investigation and Confidentiality: All reports of sexual harassment will be investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct a thorough investigation.
Anti-Retaliation: Cambridge Econometrics prohibits retaliation against any employee who, in good faith, reports or participates in the investigation of a complaint of sexual harassment. Any act of retaliation should be reported immediately and will be subject to disciplinary action.
